eSilver combines check verification services with Electronic
Check Presentment via the Automated Clearing House.
For a low per transaction fee, the merchant receives traditional
check verification services, electronic deposit of daily
transactions, and ACH recovery. Merchants are no longer
required to manually deposit checks in their financial depository
institution. This is the same as but with no check guaranty.
eGold combines all the features of verification and electronic
check processing with the guarantee of most verified checks.
Once the automated deposit process is performed, the merchant
will be funded on all verified checks. If any submissions
are rejected through the ACH, those items will automatically
be processed without affecting the merchant's bank account.
There are no manual requirements for the merchant to receive
funding on returned items, other than submission of a copy
of the signed customer authorization slip upon request.
Once again a comprehensive statement will be provided to
the merchant reflecting all check and deposit activity for
that billing cycle. With eGold, the merchant not only saves
on banking and accounting costs, but can significantly reduce
losses from bad checks. A complete image capture of the
check taken at the Point of Purchase is available 24/7
securely online. Transaction and deposit tracking is provided to merchants
for tracking deposits and funds availability.
