EFT Online ™ software of The ACH Processing Company (ACHPC)
provides a business with the payment tools of electronic commerce.
Businesses using the proprietary Fedline connection of ACHPC
to the Automated Clearing House Network through the Federal
Reserve are able to collect their accounts receivable and
pay their accounts payable, payroll and taxes eliminating

EFT Online ™ is a PC- based system that allows a business
to originate financial transactions in it’s own office. The
business can use the system for any type of pre-authorized
transaction (either withdrawals or deposits), or funds concentration
from multiple locations.
A business using the EFT Online ™ system can transfer funds
from a customer’s account into the business’s account in lieu
of the traditional check payment and collection process. The
business knows that payment will be received on Settlement
Day, which can be from 24 hours to 5 banking days. Settlement
day is determined during the approval process and is based
upon risk analysis.
A business can further benefit by using the EFT Online
™ system to pay it’s own accounts payable, payroll and
taxes. Again, the business knows precisely when a payment
is deducted from its bank account.
A business saves by eliminating deposit, posting preparation
costs and manual procedures for processing payments. It further
saves by not having to purchase return envelopes and postage,
and by greater customer satisfaction with fewer hassles over
delinquencies. Customer benefits include the elimination of
the time spent paying bills, the cost of checks, envelopes
and postage, and knowing precisely when a bill is paid even
if the customer is away from home for any reason such as being
on vacation or in a hospital. Employees benefit from direct
deposit by having their pay in their account on payday as
available funds without the need to go to the bank (usually
after work?). Employees using direct deposit also don’t have
to worry about losing their check or not being at work to
get it; they can be on vacation and it is in the bank for
them on their payday.
